I started SkyWard Ops to help small businesses, trades and growing companies get on top of the admin and paperwork that usually gets pushed aside when things are busy.
My background is in HR administration, insurance administration, compliance and day-to-day business operations. I have worked in fast-moving environments where keeping records, renewals, staff documents, deadlines and general admin organised was a big part of keeping the business running properly.
I know how quickly paperwork can build up when the actual work has to come first. Jobs are happening, customers are calling, staff need answers and suddenly the admin is being done late at night or not at all.
That is where SkyWard Ops comes in.

I am not here to come into your business and make everything more complicated.
My approach is straightforward. I look at what is taking up your time, what keeps getting missed and what could be organised better. Then I help put simple systems in place and take care of the work that is slowing you down.
That could mean organising employee records, creating a compliance tracker, setting up job folders, managing paperwork or helping clear an admin backlog that has been haunting you for months.
Why I Started SkyWard Ops
I started SkyWard Ops because many small businesses need reliable office support, but they do not always need or want to hire another full-time employee.
Sometimes they just need someone organised who can step in, sort things out and keep them moving.

I am based in Drogheda and I have a background in HR, insurance, payroll, fleet compliance and general business administration.
I am organised, practical and probably more interested in fixing a messy spreadsheet than any normal person should be.
