My approach is straightforward. I look at what is taking up your time, what keeps getting missed and what could be organised better. Then I help put simple systems in place and take care of the work that is slowing you down.

That could mean organising employee records, creating a compliance tracker, setting up job folders, managing paperwork or helping clear an admin backlog that has been haunting you for months.

Why I Started SkyWard Ops

I have always been someone who notices when a process is messy, a file is missing or there is a better way to organise something.

During my time working in busy transport environments, I saw how much pressure falls on smaller operators. They have many of the same responsibilities as larger companies, but often without a full compliance, HR or administration department behind them.

I started SkyWard Ops to provide that support in a practical way. The goal is not to add more systems, paperwork or corporate nonsense. It is to help transport businesses protect their operation, stay prepared and make the work behind the scenes easier to manage.

Who I Work With

SkyWard Ops is primarily focused on small and growing transport operators, particularly businesses that need proper compliance and administration support but are not ready to employ a full-time transport administrator.

I also support businesses with related HR, insurance, documentation and operational projects where my experience is a good fit.

Whether the issue is incomplete driver files, scattered maintenance records, an upcoming audit, an operator licence renewal or a backlog that has been left sitting for months, the starting point is always the same: understand the problem properly and fix it in a clear, manageable way.

A Bit About Me

I am originally from the Meath area and have always had a strong interest in vehicles, transport and how businesses operate behind the scenes.

I studied Creative Media at Dundalk Institute of Technology, which gave me a strong grounding in communication, design and presenting information clearly. My career then moved into administration, HR, insurance and transport operations, where I found that I was particularly good at bringing order to complicated or disorganised work.

Outside of work, I am usually swimming, playing golf, working on something car-related or trying to convince myself that another spreadsheet really is necessary.
