SkyWard Ops offers fixed-price assessments, clearly defined projects and ongoing monthly support for transport operators.
The cost depends on the size of your fleet, the number of drivers involved and the amount of work required. This means you are paying for the responsibility and scope of the work rather than simply buying blocks of administration hours.
The first step for most operators is a Fleet Compliance Health Check.
Fleet Compliance Health Check
The Fleet Compliance Health Check provides a detailed review of the records and systems supporting your transport operation.
The review covers areas such as operator licence documentation, driver files, licence and Driver CPC expiry dates, tachograph records, working time records, vehicle files, maintenance records, CVRT dates, defect reporting and insurance documentation.
You will receive a written report with a red, amber and green rating, along with a prioritised list showing what is in place, what needs attention and what should be dealt with first.
If no major problems are found, you will still have a clear record of where the business stands. Where gaps are identified, SkyWard Ops can provide a fixed-price proposal to put them right.

Driver file rebuild and compliance pack
€95 per driver
Creation or rebuilding of structured driver files covering licences, Driver CPC records, working time information, tachograph documentation, employment records and other supporting information.
Vehicle file and maintenance record system setup
€120 per vehicle
Creation or rebuilding of vehicle files covering CVRT records, maintenance inspections, repairs, defect reports, insurance details and supporting fleet documentation.
Operator licence application or renewal pack
From €950*
Support with gathering the required information, organising supporting evidence and preparing a complete application or renewal pack.
Audit readiness project
From €1,200*
A focused project following a compliance review or audit notice. This may include rebuilding records, closing documentation gaps and preparing the business for an RSA or Department review.
Transport SOP suite
€1,450*
A set of approximately 12 to 15 practical transport procedures covering key areas such as driver checks, vehicle defects, maintenance, tachographs, incidents, document control and compliance responsibilities.
HR pack
€1,200*
A structured HR documentation pack covering employment contracts, employee handbook content, starter and leaver processes, personnel files and supporting HR procedures.
Backlog clearance
€395 per day
Focused support to organise and clear outstanding driver records, vehicle documentation, maintenance paperwork, HR files or other business records.
AD-HOC Support

A minimum booking of two hours applies.
Ad-hoc support is best suited to smaller one-off requests. Where the work involves several vehicles, drivers or a wider documentation project, a fixed-price project or monthly arrangement will normally offer better value.
